Hathi & Partners have their administration offices at Rajabahadur Mansion in Mumbai and the Delhi office is located at Jungpura. The firm has associate offices in Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Madurai and Vishakapatnam. The firm, then known as Lex Nexus, was founded in 1998 in Mumbai. In 2007, it became Hathi & Partners, with Shrikant Pareshnath Hathi as managing partner, and eight other partners.
